"El calificativo negativo es debido a un desagradable suceso. Esta mañana, al abandonar la habitación deje cargando en el enchufe de la mesilla de noche mis auriculares inalámbricos. Al ponerme en contacto con el hotel pir tres veces dicen que alli no estaban cuando sé con total seguridad que sí que estaban. Esto denota poco control sobre el personal de limpieza y es una pena porque el hotel es excelente. Lo siento muchísimo pero tenemos que dejar constancia de este desagradable incidente. "

"Alles war super und zufriedenstellend. Parkhaus kostenlos genutzt Personal sehr freundlich und kompetent. Wir waren sehr begeistert von der großen Suite und der Badewanne im Wohnbereich. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort Urlaub machen. Die Unterkunft war sehr zentral gelegen und alles auch zu Fuß und Bus erreichbar. "The breakfast was great along with a wonderful staff. It was a perfect location, good ski room with boot heater/dryers for our stuff, and I loved the quaint village of Kirchberg. The only odd thing about the hotel room was the shower… a little learning curve not to get the entire space wet. But we figured it out. Would stay here again."
