"Highs and lows! Staff was great. However, feels like because we were an Expedia reservation, we got the run-down part of the property when it was nearly empty. Pros: Amazing location. Walkable to everything. Gym was awesome. Staff was great. Room was clean*. Cons: No AC. On the 4th floor, it gets hot. Also, in the run-down wing, neghbors balcony looks into our bedroom.
