"Had to take my own towels downstairs to switch them out for clean towels. Sean's that front desk person at night need more help. Had to wait over ten minutes to speak to front desk. Had to ask for more towels for pool and never came to give towels. Just seems that she was overwhelmed."

"Was told the pool and hot tube was closed due to construction. The sign on pool door said spa was closed but pool was open. I chose that hotel because pool looked nice and kids wanted to swim. There was a dead fly in the fridge. Ac smelled like it needed cleaned. Room and bathroom was nice. If a hotel is under construction with the hotel or Expedia should notify people staying. Was pretty expensive and feel like I should be owed some kinda refund for when I used the amenities filter to find hotel and they were not available"

"Hotel was clean, nice and felt safe. Only negative complaint was the pool was always out of towels, and the garbages are super small in the room so we felt bad leaving some of the garbage on the stool next to the garbage can (there was no bigger cans located anywhere close to us either) aside from that we have already booked another stay at the same hotel for a summer trip. "

"All the staff and amenities during our stay was excellent. Absolutely no complaints. "

"Not the best area or clientele. Staff never seemed to be around and when they were seemed focused on things other than customer service. Would not choose extended stay America again."
