"The staff was welcoming and friendly upon check-in. We were immediately offered an upgrade and late checkout as a Gold Elite members. The room was clean, with a good size bathroom, a coffee machine, and complementary bottles of water. The best part was the staff finding the AirPod I had left behind, keeping it at the front desk and I was able to pick it up one week later when I returned. This was extremely helpful and appreciated.
