"Hotel was clean and very comfortable, but what made it shine was the front desk staff. Stayed for 4 nights and every interaction with each of them was friendly, attentive, professional and supportive. Good location with shopping and food beginning a block away. Only disappointment was lack drawers. Room was plenty big enough for a chest of drawers of some kind that would have helped support our 4-night stay. Would totally stay again and recommend to friends."

"The best thing about this hotel is its location to the waterfront and to the main street of old town. The hotel itself is very nice. The lobby was just redone although a bit business hotel style. The rooms are a nice layout, but they are very much in need of renovation.For the past three years, the wallpaper in the bathroom has been peeling every time I've been there.The room feels a bit dated and colorless."

"This property is under construction but the amenities and room sizes were worth it to our family of five. Made to order omelets each morning are included with the breakfast. It was so good and a welcome surprise. The complimentary evening cocktail hour was also nice with adult beverages and snacks for the kids. The proximity to the Metro is perfect for getting in/out of DC. The pool area is older and just okay. The work out facilities were nice. This was a bargain and we will stay here again!"

"Had a tough time, room was not ready when we arrived for check-in, and due to recent storms they were apparently short-staffed. Not entirely their fault, but it def affected our stay."
