"Things we liked: the staff were kind and very helpful. Good location. Nice view of the river. The coffee was amazing! Nice pool. Decent continental breakfast included. Things we found disappointing: our room was mediocre and wasn't ready on time, the air conditioning was loud, no fan in the bathroom (but there's a window), drain flies appeared in and around the bathroom, hair dryer didn't work, wobbly plugs on the night table lamps which proved to be useless for charging our phones overnight. "Only reason I booked it was because it’s the only hotel in town close to where I needed to go. As soon as I walked in the room, there is a big stain on the carpet. It smelled old. There was mildew on the ceiling in the bathroom very old. I would never stay here again."
