"I personally had a terrible experience for being called the day after checking out to being told I did left a burn mark on furniture. This did not happen and I requested a photo for proof and this didn't happen either so I was charged $225.00 extra for no reason."

"This is a multi-level property with NO elevator. If I had know this, I would have either chosen a different place to stay or made sure they booked me into a first floor room. Luckily, I was given a room on the 2nd floor very near to the stairway and Leticia was helpful in getting my bags up to the room and out to my car when I checked out. The power was out for nearly 7 hours - early evening until early morning. It was not until I was checking out that I learned what happened. It was not their fault but something happening outside that took the power out on that whole side of the street. The part that I have issue with is no one answering my phone calls in an attempt to know the problem. I suggest they invest in a back up generator to keep the refrigerators running."

"We love staying at this hotel! The beds are so comfortable! My parents slept better than they do at home! We all slept in! I love the late checkout. We don’t have to stress about getting up and out of the room. I love the free breakfast."
