"The room was small but comfortable and clean, the location was terrific and an added bonus I could sync YouTube from my phone to the tv. There was a wonderful bakery just along the road and the tram stop was only a few yards further along the road.
Overall I was happy with my stay and would certainly consider staying again when I next visit Amsterdam."

"The hotel room was a good size, well laid out with a desk/writing/laptop area, two chairs and table for coffee, plus hanging space and storage space for luggage. Facilities for tea & coffee plus a fridge and the ensuite facilities were excellent.
The staff were friendly & helpful. There was plenty of choice for breakfast, although surprisingly, no toaster.
We enjoyed our 2 nights stay at the hotel; the only down side is it is some distance from the CBD, although the area is well served by...

"1 STAR – SHOCKING SECURITY FAILURE
My bag containing our passports and important belongings was stolen in LESS THAN ONE MINUTE inside the hotel breakfast room, where guests must provide their room number to enter.
The manager told me the hotel was “too crowded” to control everyone and claimed there were many theft warning signs. I checked the ENTIRE ground floor and COULD NOT FIND A SINGLE ONE.
If the hotel knew about the theft risk, WHY WAS SECURITY NOT STRENGTHENED? Instead, we received...
