"Upon check-in, we did not get the 2 room types we reserved which were 2 queens in each and to compromise, we were given a 3rd room. But all rooms were single bed with pullout bed and not close to each other. This required my family to completely split up and wife and I to separate along with the kids. This caused a big inconvenience as we share toiletries, food, etc."

"Not Senior Friendly 1. The bathtub is funneled to the center longways. There is no flat place to stand. 2. The beds are so high you have to climb into them. 3. The pre check in process does not speed up the check in process. 4. The breakfast room is warm. There is a very large refrigerated vending machine in the room that is very load and producing heat."

"One have ice machines on floor 2 and 3 not 1 or 4. The machine on 3 was out of order. The woman that checked us in was great. She took the time to double check the room we had was up to standard and it wasn’t. Then she upgraded us to a mini suite."

"The property was terrible. My child was supposed to have a birthday party with a few people and they said at the last minute that no guests were allowed and the power went out and when we checked out they didn’t even give us a refund for the room. The service was TERRIBLE!"

"Avoid This Place – Horrible Experience I had an absolutely horrible experience at this hotel. The rooms were incredibly dirty and had zero ventilation. There is no exhaust fan in the bathroom, which causes all the moisture to get trapped inside the room. Because of this constant dampness, the floor mats are completely sticky to walk on, the entire room smells terrible, and the floor carpet stinks. To make matters worse, their customer service and business practices are incredibly dishonest....
