"Clean rooms and facilities, parking good , kitchen was functional . I would stay again."

"Overall, everything was good. However, the hotel was undergoing interior renovations, which made some facilities unavailable. In addition, there were scratching noises in the room, as if a mouse or something else was inside the walls, which made it difficult to sleep."

"Woke up in the middle of the night with a mouse running up my chest. This place is kind of infested with mice - they’re in the common room, in multiple dorm rooms so switching rooms isn’t even a viable option, and they seem to travel through tunnels in the walls, leaving scratching noises all night and droppings everywhere. There doesn’t seem to be anything that can be done by them - the front desk just gave me some dryer sheets and said the smell repels them apparently. The kitchen is also near...

"Room was exceptional and so clean. Loved the Aesop touches. Staff were amazing. Breakfast was good but not included in price of room stay. Amenities amazing but lacked a communal shower in spa area near steam room and sauna which isn’t great for hygiene. The speakeasy bar is a great touch! Delicious and well made cocktails. "

"The bar was well stocked and reasonably priced. The restaurant on site was excellent with a nicely varied menu for breakfast and supper and was priced comparatively to the surrounding pubs. Most of all ALL the hotel staff were friendly, efficient and really made our stay special. A shout out to Manager Jeremy who seemed to be everywhere and willing to engage to ensure our stay was 100%, which it was."

"Hotel was great! Very quiet among guests. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub area. Lots of construction nearby so not a ton of sleeping in, but we were out exploring so it didn’t bother us a ton. Quick 5ish minute stroll to The Citadel and maybe 15 minutes to downtown food and drinks. "
