"The room was clean. The staff was efficient and friendly. The complimentary breakfast choices were good and the eggs were cook perfectly. The problems were the road noise was all night long with little sound dampening from from the windows. The room cooler/air conditioner didn't seem to have a slow fan setting so the noise from it was also loud during the night. Therefore we didn't have a very restful night's sleep. "

I had called to change my room from a king to a double double a month before our stay, we were assured of the change. Upon arrival today we found out that the change was not made and had to fit 3 adults and 2 dogs in what is not advertised as their king rooms.
