"Our first time here and this is a beautiful building. Most of the place was spotless and up to date. My room however the trash cans had no bags and when I dropped something on the bathroom floor there was trash next to the can 2 covers from razors and dirt. The pool and restaurant were pretty but the price for the cold breakfast that was less tasty than McDonalds was a shame. The best part was the friendly staff and the location to the downtown area. "

"Save yourself a headache and look elsewhere. This hotel is a nightmare. I've been trying to get a hold of customer service, and I have had no luck. It's by far the worst hospitality. The room and floor were dirty, the shower curtain had mold. I have asthma, and children were staying in the room. Apparently, customer safety is not their thing. Also, if you want to wake up in the middle of the night by the fire alarm, stay here."
