"From when we arrived everyone was friendly,professional and willing to help with any needs. Our room was clean,and Bed and pillows comfortable Breakfast was good and area extremely clean and organized Our balcony was clean with two comfortable chairs."

"Had a room with fire place and jacuzzi. Didn’t try the jacuzzi but the fire place was a nice touch. Unfortunately, when I pulled my sheets down after working all day I noticed ‘someone else’s’ toe nail in the bed. A bit irritating. Told the front desk the next day and the hotel never reached out to me. So, you can use this review as you like. They did have a really good hot apple cider fountain til midnight. So, it had that going for it."

"The pool was rough and it ate my daughter toes up I told mgr and he didn’t care I had to change my own trash and constantly ask for towels . And there continental breakfast was frozen eggs and French toast you had to microwave up I don’t recommend staying there and the old maintenance guy is a jerk the one who is the head of it. That’s there all the time sits there and micromanages people versus do his job, especially when the manager is not their present."

Unfortunately, our room was located very close to the check-in office, which meant there was constant foot traffic and additional noise. "I usually don't give bad reviews. In this case I made an exception. The room was full of bugs and the space under the door was open. Outlets in the room didn't work and the lighting in the bathroom was poor. I have stayed in BW before and they were great. Not sure what happens to this one."
