Not family friendly, terrible management, and awful customer service. Upon arrival, I was approached by a young woman, who appeared to be under the influence of drugs and was walking around the parking lot seeking a certain form of adult companionship. I did not feel comfortable staying there with my child. I spoke with Expedia to express my discomfort. Expedia customer service completely understood, apologized, and reached out to staff. However, evening staff stated only a manager could address the issue regarding a refund. Expedia followed up next day, said management would not issue a refund, and apologized again. I reached out directly. Staff wouldn’t identify their name, stated they couldn’t help me, and were unable to tell me when a manager would be available because staff “doesn’t run the manager’s life.” Spoke with “a manager” the next day, who again did not identify his name. I was told no refund could be issued because I was listed as a no call, no show. I noted Expedia reached out the day of the reservation. Management denied the contact occurred because there were no notes in their system. When I mentioned I would be writing a review, management denied any concern if I shared any of my experience in my review. They elaborated that “the 10 people who don’t come” because of my review mean nothing to the business, nor did I. I would never recommend this place to any family and would caution anyone from booking if customer service, safety, and comfort matter to you
