Terrible, overpriced experience. Limited dinning options, loads of “closed areas”, no entertainment, scratchy sheets, limited hours casino floor opened. It was the “deadest” casino I’ve ever experienced. Go to Mt Pleasant or Detroit.

The property was wonderful. Expedia on the charges on the other hand lacked a lot!! 1st the property had posted on Expedia a sale rate of $101.00 and I used a $40 coupon from Expedia I was charged $131 not to mention the mess up at check in due to Expedia issues myself and another guest suffered the same extended check in

A pleasant repeat
Spent the last 2 Valentine's Days (23 and 24) here for a few days with no regrets. Gina at the front desk was a pleasure to deal with, the rooms well kept as well as the whole Hotel. Housekeeping was on top of everything that was requested. The Casino was enjoyable even though we lost a bit. Traverse City and Suttons Bay was also conveniently enjoyed!

I wish they had a valet at hotel and they were short staffed at check in on a Friday. Bourbon 72 was the restaurant and was delicious.

Hotel was clean and renovated. No complaints except fridge was a little noisy, but enjoyed the stay overall.

The only problem I had was not enough parking at the hotel area , I ended up having to park in the casino parking and was told to look for a shuttle to bring me, well I didn’t see a shuttle in the area I was and was just done driving around as it took me 45 minutes to finally get parked. I ended up just walking back to the hotel
