"This was a much-needed family trip. The property is well maintained and the indoor/outdoor pool stating open until 10pm was a major bonus. We enjoyed the area with plenty of shopping and restaurant options. We had a great time and will definitely be back. All of the children gave the trip a 10/10."
"I really liked the pool area it was divided into sections 2 ft, 3 ft, and 4 ft plus a kiddie pool. My 5 year old granddaughter was comfortable to play without us feeling she would step in area over her head. There were 2 play grounds that I seen plus extra activities. Our room was located on the second floor several steps to climb which I did not see in the description. That is really my only complaint. The room was very nice and clean with lots of room. Bed was very comfortable."
"Large, comfortable, clean, well-kept room. The halls, breakfast area, elevators and outdoors were very well maintained and clean. Employees were pleasant, professional and helpful. I was extremely impressed with the breakfast and that the food was replenished continuously. Everything about this hotel was amazing and the best part was it's only 4 minutes from Colonial Williamsburg."
"Pro: Pools are wonderful, mini golf was fun, cornhole great. The grounds were kept immaculately. They even had grills and picnic tables to use!
Cons: Some rooms needed updating. We had a total of 4 rooms. My room was perfect. My son’s not so great, handles falling off dressers. My dad’s room had a giant seam that didn’t quite meet in the carpeting. Overall the rooms are very dark, they needed a different kind of bulb in the fixtures and maybe some canned lighting.
Major complaint was the noise coming from the condo next door. It’s supposed to be quiet hours from 10:00pm until maybe 7:00am. Giant family party happening. I called security around 11:00 pm no answer. My husband called at midnight and security came but the party went in until way past 1:00am. When checking out the next am I told the desk about the noise and she had the audacity to blame me lol. I should have complained at 10:01pm and that I had let it go on too long and therefore security had no control over the people. I was kind of amazed and just walked away shaking my head. This happened on our last night. If it hadn’t happened I would give 4 stars.
I would give the place 3 out of 5 stars. Please update and add lighting."
"Very conveniently located in Williamsburg, approx. 10-15 minutes away from Colonial Williamsburg and Busch Gardens. It is located on Richmond Road which has many diverse options for food, attractions, and shopping. This hotel is dog-friendly with lots of grassy areas to use. Our room was very clean and I felt safe staying here for the weekend. I would definitely book here again!"
