"The amenities were in severe disrepair. Miniature golf had several holes missing astroturf and the astroturf had holes and rips on most holes. The "squash" court was a racquetball court with no squash lines. The common facilities and restaurant were pretty beat up. Not sure the "resort" fees were ..."
