"The shower door would not close
The AC unit was incredibly loud
We tried to exit from a outside hallway door to the parking lot and as hard as we tried, we could not open the door
The lobby clerk said it opens very hard and to just push harder- we still could not open it!"

"The pool and hot tub were not working. The water and the workout facility was not working. The cleaning wipes in the workout facility were dry. They were out of yogurt for breakfast. First thing in the morning. There was a bug running across the floor at breakfast."

"Needed only 1 night as we were passing through from Florida, back to Canada. Last night our check-in girl, Chrissy. I think her her name was. She was a delight, full of energy, super polite professional. Even walked us to the elevator and had friendly conversation. She was the best part of our stay. Room was clean and comfy bed. Breakfast was good too. "
