"Great staff. Our room was located on the 3rd floor y the front lobby. Until late into the night we could here the music playing from the outside front of the bldg area."

"We had to wait to check in after 4 pm for our room to be inspected. My husband and I took a shower before we checked out and had no soap, shampoo or any hygiene products. The staff at the front desk were super nice and helpful and had us laughing when we checked in. They had great personalities!"

"Staff were helpful, rooms were okay, beds are very comfortable. Air conditioning wasn't very good. But all the patrons were sober and decent individuals. Overall I think it was not bad."

"This is a historical property that is completely remodeled and beautiful. Our suite had a living area separated by a dressing area from the bedroom and bath. Lovely, well maintained furniture throughout. A small bar was in the lobby. Self serve breakfast was offered. There is a small store on the premises. The staff were helpful and friendly. There are 2 restaurants within walking distance. I highly recommend."

"Rooms below the 10th floor or a little shabby and noisy. You can hear all of the traffic noise. We started asking for rooms on the 12th floor or higher to not hear the noise and they seem to look and smell better up there also."

"I was ready to leave. The air conditioner didnt work. Our room stayed around 75 the whole night. I wet rags and put all over me. To top it off... the suite i booked for my family wasnt held. So my kids were down the hall from me. So on top of a hot miserable night i couldn't sleep due to worrying about my minor kids. I will never visit another one of these properties. "

"This was my second stay at this location. For some reason the exterior doors were poorly sealed (2x). Many small bugs flying around room. Had to jam towel in door gaps to try and mitigate."

This was like staying at you eccentric, generous, Bohemian uncle’s place - cool art and artifacts EVERYWHERE, snacks and drink offerings available 24 hours/day, and well appointed, clean, and comfortable “guest” room! The night we came in, I was lucky enough to actually meet Chef “Uncle” John Cariere, the proprietor. He was very welcoming and accommodating and invited us to the complimentary breakfast. "I hotel was bad. Thet were construction on tye hotel entry. So you to ebter from tye restaurant which made your walk long to your room. Gets to the room the mirror in tye room was cracked. You could barely see out the windowcause tyet have not been clean as long as the building been there. My view was the garage. The iron in the room 5he cord woukdnt say out. The refrigerator didnt get cold and sat on the floor in the room not 8n a cabinet. The water pressure was very low. The staff was nice...

"Great stay! Friendly staff. Only thing, we reserved a room with 2 queen size beds and we got 2 full size beds. A little uncomfortable sharing with family. But the stay was great!"
