"The Doubletree Hilton was excellent on many levels. To be greeted with warm delicious cookies was a lovely surprise! The indoor/outdoor pool was very clean and we enjoyed it. We had one incident where housekeeping forgot to give us new towels but not a big deal in the overall experience. Would definitely return!😊👍"

"All private rooms face a high traffic and noisy street, actually it is near the start of the highway/bridge that crosses the lake to West Kelowna. Room, mattress and bathrooms lack proper maintenance, all look worn out by years of use. Room air conditioner just circulate air, no cooling. Communal kitchen is well equipped."
