"On Tuesday, we arrived at the room at 4:30 pm, only to discover it was not ready. I had specifically requested an ADA-compliant room. Unfortunately, I had to make two return trips to the front desk as the available ADA rooms were undergoing maintenance and lacked functioning bathrooms, as informed by the housekeeping staff. Furthermore, these rooms were located at a considerable distance from the elevator, posing a challenge for my uncle, who weighs approximately 390 pounds and has limited mobility. We experienced a delay of approximately 1.5 hours before being assigned a room that met his needs. The following day, upon preparing to depart, we contacted the valet service, only to be informed that they had misplaced the keys to our rental vehicle. We waited for an additional 1.5 hours, and upon finally locating the keys, the staff seemed uncertain as to how they had been misplaced in the area where they were ultimately found."

"The room was as large as a suite. Very nice bathroom and we loved the pocket doors, where you could close off the bedroom. The location is also great. It is only 1 1/2 blocks from everything, including Nimitz Museum. And the free breakfast was much better than Quality Inn."
