"Grandkids loved the indoor pool and jacuzzi (also there's a sauna), and game room. I appreciated the 2 sinks in the room, with one being outside the bathroom. With 4 of us it was so much easier getting ready. Good breakfast, outdoor eating areas and random places to relax and socialize throughout the hotel."

"Checking in wasn’t the best experience. I was told I had booked 2 rooms with Expedia when it was only one. Then after checking I was wondering if the breakfast was still included like I had seen online? I had to go back to the desk to ask because she didn’t tell me anything about breakfast!"

"The breakfast and kickback are wonderful amenities, especially for families with kids. My issues is that they only have two elevators in a building with 6 floors. That includes housekeeping and maintenance as well. So when one elevator isn’t working (like while we were there) that is a major inconvenience. "First thing I noticed when I got to my room was someone put a shower cap over the smoke detector. This was obviously done so someone could smoke in the room. There was a ceramic tile on the bathroom floor that was broken and would pop out when stepped on. It was sharp and could easily cut someone’s foot. The TV didn’t work so we had to call for a maintenance guy to try and fix it. He got it working but periodically the tv would disconnect from the cable and turn off. The maintenance man was...

"This was one of the best accommodations on our long week traveling. Very large, rooms, our pets were welcome , the staff was very grit and the breakfast was delicious, a good spread of healthy choices. Highly recommend this hotel."
