She was very friendly, helpful and professional. She went above and beyond to help us kick off our vacation.
We would definitely stay at Hawthorne again.

"We liked the hotel host, free coffee, the room was okay, clean, but the lighting in the room was not good, air conditioner was very cold,adjust temp to low. AC still stayed cold. The worst part was the very old used hallway furniture, chair and sofa had fleas, we got bit a lot. Our family would sit and play card gamea, but we had stop,due to the flea bites.The gym and out door pool was great. If you toss out that old hallway furniture. We would consider staying again.

"The room was very clean which is a major thing for me. The staff were very helpful and pleasant; they made sure I was happy. I enjoyed the dinner and breakfast, very reasonable in price too. "Love this place but when it comes to Summer time I wish the lazy river and pools were doubled. There’s so many people. I love it though.
