"The staff didn’t know anything at the front desk. They gave us the wrong room. The bathrooms want clean in either rooms a lady had to come clean the room we weren’t able to sleep until 4:30 am until she was done. Also the towels had poop stains, hair on shower wall’s, someone’s shoe print on side of the tub, hand prints on the mirrors , red stains on carpets , peeling ceiling. "

"This motel was very run down. Requested non smoking rooms, but smelled like pot. Bedding was questionable and had stain, as did one of the towels. Definitely would not recommend."

"We had an excellent stay. Checking in was flawless. The only thing I would have like to be better was the food. We ordered the breakfast buffet. It had great choices but the food wasn’t as good as it should have been."

"Our favorite place to stay when we visit Marion! The staff is always so friendly and helpful. The rooms are always clean and the breakfast is always fresh and tastes great. My kids and I actually look forward to the breakfast when we stay. I know it’s hard to find good help nowadays but whatever Fairfield is doing is working. I’m so appreciative of them especially after a hotel across the street denied my stay because I hadn’t updated my drivers license after moving from the area. Fairfield has always accepted us, no questions asked and I’m so thankful!"
