"Front desk staff was not professional. Upon my arrival I felt like I was imposing on the staff at the front desk. Later in the evening when I returned from dinner, there were several men getting high just outside the main entrance to the hotel. The smell was atrocious! The men leared at me as I walked up to the front door of the hotel. As I entered the hotel, the men followed me in. I felt very uncomfortable! I went to the front desk and shared my concerns. The staff said the men were harmless....

"Very basic, very affordable accommodations in a very expensive city. Just as an example, a very basic breakfast for 2 at a nearby hotel was 1/3 of the price we paid to spend the night here.

"Loved this property. Convenient and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Loved the fireplace in the lobby and coziness. This was important because it was a layover and it was 42 degrees and pouring! And we were headed somewhere tropical so did not bring heavy clothes.
