"Nice ownership. Room was dark with minimal lighting and 1-2 light outlets. Large TV only good for playing games. Shared bathroom was fine. Continental breakfast minimal. Coffee available any time was a plus."

"My first time at a Bed and Breakfast and I cannot wait to go back!! Jim our Inn Keeper could not have been more gracious and helpful. The Inn was spotless and I felt very comfortable and "at home". Breakfast was excellent and a real treat!! Definitely will be going back for another stay!"

"Waited 15 minutes at the front desk for someone to appear. Blinds on windows were either broken and hanging wrong or were hard to adjust. Bathroom had dirty towels left over.I know the place is old but it should have been clean."

"Overall, very good experience. A nice and comfortable room. Very friendly and helpful staff. This is an old building and there is no elevator. No issues with parking. You can hear passing trains if your room faces the train station."

"This was my second time staying here and i love it. The bed was super comfortable, love the shower and having a ice machine in the freezer was a plus. They actually have real breakfast in the monring for all guest( another plus) this might be one of my favorite places to stay when i wanna get away."

I then received a text a few hours later just making sure that we wanted our room serviced and I replied that we did. When we got back to our room the next day, someone had put a no service on our door, no one had made the beds or cleaned the room. When I called the front desk, he said all he could do was have someone...

"The room was great and there are many shops and restaurants around. The breakfast is very basic and they kept running out of boiled eggs (the only type of eggs available) and not replenishing them. It’s a good hotel for a couple of nights, overall."

"Nice hotel. Bit dated carpet, cleaning crew can do better job with carpet cleaning, hotel is going through renovations. Breakfast quality can be improved. I experienced issues like elevator not working once, and cleaning folks leaving the door unlocked after cleaning because of door look issue, but I wouldn’t count those as major problems given the courteous staff, and the overall experience which is very good."
