"Checked into the property and was informed by desk staff that there was no internet nor cable. Could not upgrade us because we booked through Expedia; we would have to pay the difference even though they didn’t provided additional services. No breakfast is served but there is a coffee station in the lobby. Room was small and we realize this is an inn but was smaller than expected. Cannot recommend even though we have previously; it’s looking rather beat."

"The experience was wonderful. Beautiful room and helpful and friendly staff.We stayed here last eight years ago, and again it was a wonderful experience. With one exception. On our last visit, dinner and breakfast were truly exceptional, attentive staff and delicious food served in an atmosphere of quiet elegance. The staff are still wonderful and the food is exceptional. But now there is an extremely noisy bar with excessively loud music which made conversation very difficult."

Conclusion, on est loin d un hôtel W comme on peut l imaginer , pour un prix identique à la nuit, on a des hôtels cinq étoiles de meilleure qualité"

"The room and bath were clean, great sheets and mattress. No plug on one side of the bed. The hallway was long and dark, but the lobby and staff were very nice. The roof top bar has a breathtaking panoramic view that was worth the expensive drinks. The valet service is great and stone court yard is pretty swish! We will stay again for the best proximity to everyone and everything. "
