"Room was clean & area is quiet. Upon checking in the room I reserved & prepaid was not available. Because of prior guest extending their stay my King room was given away. We got 2 queens.. it may not be a big deal, but when traveling I like the extra room leg room a king room has as well as having a bigger bed. Queen rooms are just too small .. or this location it was. Not sure why telling those who want to stay another night that there’s only queens available opposed to giving away what was pre booked. Lady at the desk passed it off onto company policies. I’ll think twice before staying at another BW. Thankfully it was only 1 night stay. Breakfast was very basic. Not alot of choices.. cornbeef hash, potato’s & Mexican eggs. Cereal & only couple breads.. waffles. Saw fruit after, but it was in a different area. Quite nights sleep even by elevator. Quick chk out. IHOP next door & other food & stores close by. About 10 mins to downtown & river walk area "

"When I got to my hotel, I did not expect to have to pay for parking. And they use a QR code, which I assume would be confusing for many travelers. When I went to leave in the morning, I had a ticket on my car because they have not updated my license plate correctly. I also had trouble with the Wi-Fi, it would not connect. And when I tried to turn on the television, it would not come on, and the bottom was falling out. They transferred me to a different room, which was nice, but it was difficult to lock the door in my new room, it was not stocked with towels, and the water would not get very hot."

"Great property - updated, clean rooms. Only complaint was a room on the busy street side (though I didn’t have any noisy neighbors so maybe that was a better trade off), and staff didn’t seem interested in engaging unless you forced eye contact. I would stay again. Convenient location and ample safe parking. "

"The sleeper sofa had blood on the mattress protector, the lamp in the bedroom wasn’t plugged in when we checked in. The room looked a bit dated an the guy working the front dresk was hard to understand. I was very upset to find out the pool was down overall I wasnt impressed with the stay an I don’t plan on returning "

"Pros: cold air and hot shower Cons: Hard beds Nasty carpet. I walked from one bed to the bathroom for a shower and my feet were nasty. Smells like old wet dog One washcloth and 3 hand towels One bar of soap in the bathroom and no hand soap. 1 ply toilet paper. Just splurge on some 2 ply already. Customers will be happier and y’all willl save some $$ in the longer run. No mention of the following: there is a gentlemen’s club and bar very nearby. Like literally next door. The back is against a car dealership that keeps street lights on all night. Which shines into the windows that have coverings that don’t completely block out the light. There are also car garages and all you can hear is cars being worked on (unless it’s the weekend). The pictures of this place make it appear nice but it’s not really. Half the elevators don’t work. The morning coffee for their breakfast is horrible. The iron in the room was used to melt plastic at some point. The pillows are lumpy. The bed is hard. I shouldn’t have to go out and buy air freshener for my room. Oh and the door knob is about to fall off the bathroom door. And the WiFi sucks. Probably got what I paid for but I will never stay there again and would never recommend it."
