The staff were wonderful, the lobby had some frozen dinners which was nice after a long drive and not wanting to go out or have fast food. The linens appeared fresh & clean, toilet\shower clean, so I stayed even tho the rest of the place was very sketchy. Lots of dog hair on frig, cob webs going from wall to pipes or corners up high, floor was poorly swept . The staff were super friendly and helpful but I wouldn't stay again.

You get what you pay for.

The pics didnt represent what my room looked like. This place needs serious renovations. I had maintenance come look at the floor. There was water in the floorboards. the ac worked great but it leaked-a lot. The pool was nice. And the staff was very nice.

Not what I ever expected!

Well. The front desk lady was really nice. The rest of it was very interesting. I would not take children there, this was a place for extended stay..like people live there. Cats everywhere, People up all night. Walking the property like zombies. Strung out.(This was all throught the city) No coffee pot in the room, no cookware in the so called full kitchen. The bed was like a pull out sleep sofa mattress, no toilet paper, the toilet paper holder fell off the wall. The hotel needs repair and a face lift. I did not feel safe there at all. The city of Wilmington NC has really gone down hill. Sad to say, I will never vacation in Wilmington again. I would have left a photo, but I really didnt want that memory.

The staff was extremely friendly. They were busy upon check-in and check out and they handled it with no issues whatsoever. The lady working check-in actually had a drunk man come in and be belligerent and she asked him very nicely to go outside so the rest of us didn't have to hear it. The room was comfortable and it had everything you needed. The price was good for just a one night quick stop.

Been coming here most years for a decade. The rooms are nice with a kitchen. This year they required a deposit of $50.00 at check in for the first time. They say it will be refunded. Hopefully.

For the price and location near Wrightsville Beach, NC, this is a decent property, and the staff nicely came to the door at 11:50 PM, after their office was closed. Parking was plentiful and easy and well lit, and it was quiet. Free Wifi was quite good. However, the room had several problems. The microwave oven was broken and had a "shorted display" fault and was blaring out a loud alarm. I had to look around for the plug inside a cupboard to shut it off. The shower/tub was leaking pretty fast and the pillows smelled funny. Much of the room was a little sticky... A little attention to the room would have made this a better stay.

We left. Were there about ten minutes. Did a bed check and did use the restroom so they only refunded me for one of 2 nights. The door lock was broken, it appeared that Tahoe door had been kicked in before. the floors were not swept and probably had never been mopped by the looks of it. We had a one year old that we refused to let on the floor. The coffee pot had crystallized coffee in it. It was filthy inside and out. The whole vibe was weird. Felt very unsafe. The lobby smelled like mold. It was just awful. I’ve never seen a place so awful especially for the price. The only good thing about the place was how friendly and understanding that the front desk lady was.

The rooms look nothing like the advertised pictures. Our room floor was damp from water damage, the wood pieces were buckled up, the refrigerator looked like there was mold on the side, the curtains and cover had holes in them. The lock on the inside was not secure at all, it was very loose. I placed tge ironing board thru the handle to secure it at night. The shower had hair inside. Not mine, my hair was braided up. The AC unit was leaking water on the floor, the maintenance guy had to come in ckean up the water, fix the AC and then it was louder and he left towels up under for the leaking water. The staff although was really nice, and so was the maintenance guy. That place needs a complete renovation and to be updated. It’s definitely giving Norman Bates hotel vibes.

I don’t even know where to begin. The pictures and description of this property are completely false! We were there a week…couldn’t change hotels because of Hurricane Debby. We were also working so this was not convenient to move around, The rooms were filthy. Trash can full, dirty towels in the room, the drawer had a used wash cloth in it. There was mold ALL OVER!! Paint peeling, a/c leaking into room, coffee pot didn’t work(asked for a replacement and was told “we don’t have one”) There were people we can only guess that live there…hawking every time we walked out the door “can get a cigarette” “can I get a light” “got a couple dollars” and yes it was always the same two people Most of The staff was amazing and friendly and professional. A couple were quite rude. When I asked to have my a/c looked at…the “handyman” showed up with a jar full of screws…yes I typed that correctly. We told him don’t worry about it. We suffered thru the leaking a/c. The shower leaked and soaked the floor while we took showers. The housekeeping leaves a lot to be desired…seriously trash cans were slam full. We had to clean before we could even settle down. The linens were clean at least. We chose this property based on its description…WOW DID THEY LIE!!! I will attach photos. My eyes are so swollen from the mold I couldn’t drive home..sister had to drive. From the entry to the bathroom it’s completely filthy. Just awful. I normally won’t leave a bad review…I’ll just say nothing. Don’t stay

The staff were friendly the manager was great I lost my watch and she returned it. Our first room was not that great water was leaking through the ceiling in the bathroom and room. The second room we were put in roaches were coming out of the sinks. I did not to complain it was still a good place to stay. Everything was very close by. But I wish they redid their whole building they have great potential.
