"Let’s just say that the tub looked like it hasn’t been cleaned we in 2 years; and had a hair that was stuck on the shower head. The toilet has brown stains that is pretty permanent due to not cleaning on an ongoing basis. I wrote a review on Goggle and included pictures."

"This Hyatt has been my go to since my daughter committed to a nearby college. I had planned to use it during my stays when visiting, but on my most current stay, a housekeeper was going door to door at 8am knocking until doors were answered to tell us when checkout was. Both myself and the room across from me were very confused as to why this was happening. The housekeeper seemed to not care at all that she was waking people up. Disappointed as I have always loved my stay here."

"The room was clean, the staff was very helpful and accommodating and I was actually surprised at the quality of breakfast! I thought it would just be a basic continental but it was buffet style options. Also, coffee and tea are available 24/7 and that was a really nice treat."

"I liked the staff, location, breakfast. You are in Town Center with plenty of shopping and dinning in walking distance. The room was excellent with a kitchenette. Bed was comfortable. Plenty of water pressure for a good shower."

"The front desk staff were helpful and friendly. However, the cleanliness of the room was horrible. The sheets were clean, the bathroom was clean, I have no complaints about that. The CARPET in the room is filthy! We walked barefoot for a few minutes and our feet were black. Also, I let my baby crawl around for about 10 min, because he was tired of sitting in a car seat all day, and his knees and socks were also black from the dirty carpet. I’m not over exaggerating. I even took photos to show...
