"This was a last minute reservation as the Vrbo property I rented cancelled upon my arrival & we needed a quick 1-night stay to get our situation resolved. The staff was helpful in getting checked in within an hour of reservation. This is more of a Vrbo type rental than a hotels.com traditional hotel room. The house is old, while it seemed moderately clean, the age and disrepair could use some tending to. There was a vent panel falling off a wall. There were several empty beer cans in the front...

"This is a scam. They will not give you the pass code until you send them an image of your credit card and drivers license. I can only guess why they need this. Please be cariful when booking. Ater complaining about this they sent the pass code at 9:30 pm. Well after I had checked into a legitimate establisment."

"Off the bat, the sign was not up to find the property. We could not find it for 25 minutes. When we got directions for routing to the home, the email said they recommend using an SUV to get to the property. Why isn’t this stated BEFORE purchase? I don’t own an SUV. Going through the extremely rocky terrain was pretty rough, but doable in a low to the ground sedan. When we arrived we tried getting in with the code they sent us was wrong. So we had to wait and call to get it all sorted to obtain...

"The place was nice , just seems like they skimped on the furniture and TVs, especially for that giant wall in the living room, it deserved at least a 55” tv. For the most part the place was fun and kids had a good time bringing in the new year "

"It is a nice place to unwind. It was well equipped. We were able to use the grill and outdoor areas. Great river access with kayaks and fishing. The only draw back was the house next door. Very noisy even after quiet hours. Overall it was a great place for family. "

"The inside of the house was in decent shape, however the plumbing was in need of repair. The area surrounding the house was less than desirable. Would not recommend."

"The apartment itself is nice but if you get there after dark it is very dark &you have to walk up a staircase that is poorly lit. To reach the location to park you have to drive thru a dark alley where there are run down homes that looked like junk yards and people gathering about-almost looked like homeless camps."
