Shards of broken glass were scattered around on the floor, shower cubicle was very slippery as had not been properly cleaned beyond a cursory wipe-over. Somehow the front desk staff were critical of US for not notifying them earlier - not a very friendly or empathetic response."

"There are no staff. This is a self-serve property. It works quite well. But the walls are incredibly thin. A person talked - not shouting or fighting, just talking - for 3 hours non-stop in the room next to us (finally stopping at 2am) and I could hear every word. The person in the room on our other side thought it was us (so could hear it 2 rooms away!) and was kicking the walls until I shouted that it was another room. Onsite staff would be useful in a case like that."
