"I was very surprised to be told it would cost $35 to extend check out from 10am to 11am. I’d be reluctant to stay again - there are plenty of other good options in the area"

"Where do I start. The mould on the bathroom ceiling, the shower water ends up pooling on the bathroom floor (water hits the shower screen and drains into the tiled hob and this overflows onto the floor), the tv turned on both mornings at 7am waking us up, there were crumbs all over one of the couches and the noise outside our bedroom each morning was not favourable for a sleep in. We won't be staying here again."
