"Our stay at Super 8 Motel was absolutely horrible and extremely disappointing. We found roaches in our room, and when we asked customer service to change rooms, they refused to help us. This was completely unacceptable, especially because we had two children with us.

"No Wi-Fi, TV didn’t work, walls as thin as paper, no soap in the bathroom, difficult check-in, seems like a section 8 type of place. And that’s fine, but if you’re a tourist, that might not really fly with you. It wasn’t super great for us. The guy in the next room might as well have been at the foot of our bed. The best thing I can say for it is that there was plenty of hot water."
