"We stayed for 1 night at the end of September for a birthday. The hotel was stunning. The spa was bliss. We had a room with a hot tub and it was perfect. The hotel was quiet at night and other guests were respectful. The food and drinks were good, a bit on the pricier side. I would definitely stay again."

"Not usually one to write a review but I had to this time! From the outside looking in you would think this is a beautiful place to stay but in my experience it was anything but! For some reason me and my wife were put in a disabled room to start with? Which we found odd! Stated on our reservation that we had a double bed, we didn’t it was 2 singles pushed together? We then booked a table at the restaurant expecting a nice meal, after waiting 15 minutes for a member of staff to actually show up,...

"Had an amazing stay here! Brilliant room and lovely club amenities with free cake and coffee and incredible breakfast! Only the inside pool is included so you have to pay £60 for 2 hours in the evening to use the whole spa. I feel like one spa session should be included when paying for club level."

"The hotel has a car park, however you its a extra cost per night. Its advertised as having amenities such as a gym and spa. This is also at an extra charge. We wanted a dog friendly hotel, this was the most disappointing aspect. It felt like a after thought, the room was tiny and and a annex part of the hotel on the ground floor."

"The communal areas in the hotel were lovely and the staff were friendly. The room we were allocated however was very disappointing for the price. We paid £194 for one night with a £20 additional charge for bringing our dog. The room we were given felt cramped and as it was on the ground floor, there was very limited natural light. The cleanliness of the bathroom was also not great."
