We were charged $500 for carpet cleaning due to a small food stain (blueberries). While I acknowledge the stain occurred, the charge was completely disproportionate. "Clean rooms, although a little outdated. I actually cut my finger on the shiwer door, when it got stuck and had to apply force to open it. The staff were very helpful though and had dressings available and very apologetic and promised the problem would be addressed.the vanity basin was small.
