"Overall, a great location to stay in the CBD. I give the food a 2.5/5, but there are plenty of restaurants to choose from in the area. There is a self service washer and dryer, but there is only a single machine so I would suggest the hotel add at least 2 more. Two of the bartenders make great cocktails and the bar is a good location to meet locals, especially during game days."

"Unfortunately my experience at the Hilton was not up to level you would expect. I pre-paid for the room via Expedia, but during check in I was required to make another payment. No problem, maybe I was confused. Once checked in to the room, I confirmed that I had in fact pre-paid.

"Staff were amazing! Breakfast was delicious, however the menu and allocated inclusive points you have to order other items not included in said points needs more clarity! The downside were the showers, we only stayed for 1 night but didnt use them as they looked horrible and need to be removed and new ones installed. The air conditioning units need a clean also, mine felt like dust was being blown out. Location great, just fix the showers and give the air conditioning a good regular clean."
