"Original room was nice, a bit empty feeling and tv volume did not work, however Calvin was amazing and upgraded our stay to the suite. Overall a great experience as they were both very accommodating and the hotel was very nice. Breakfast and amenities were also superb, will be staying again!!"

"Everything was wonderful airport shuttle was quick and polite, rooms were clean, many restaurants to choose from to walk to. However the lady that checked us in upon arrival was anything but friendly. Not a single smile, quite rude and snippy when talking to our family. She couldnt have cared less if she tried. "Overall, we had a great stay. The hotel was in excellent condition and the staff was super friendly. The room never got really cold, but it did stay comfortably cool. Breakfast was yummy, and the location was perfect—super close to Universal, which was the whole reason for our trip. The price was very reasonable, and I would definitely stay here again! 😊"

"Absolutely wonderful suite just steps away from all the restaurants on Española Way. A 3-5 minute walk to the beach/ Ocean Drive. The staff are incredible (Adriana and Simona were so kind :) . There is a very nice garden area with tables, chairs and many cute cats! We really enjoyed drinking coffee and eating breakfast there.
Heads up if you have a car or rental, the street parking and nearest garages are pricey! Park at the G7 Municipal Garage (about a 7 minute walk)."
