"The room was clean, but there was only 1 ice maker in the building working. This screams they are struggling financially. The desk clerk was surly. They also told me twice about a “staff shortage today”, which encouraged the belief in financial issues. The internet was insufficient to open websites on my phone. I had to sit by the window to use my phone! I ask for extra towels TWICE in 1 day & never got any. I dried off with a hand towel this morning. I wouldn’t recommend staying here. Too many...

"Very clean, with superb, extraordinary staff! Pool was size of a postage stamp. Room was oddly designed, the only hotel I’ve had to buy a night light for. Did I mention how great the staff was? Loved the bar also. Breakfast could have had yogurt and hard boiled eggs. Coffee could have been refreshed around noon for the rest of the day."

"Arrived to the front desk at about 4:30pm on a Saturday to check-in and proceeded to wait approximately 20 minutes while the clerk discussed someone's reservations on the phone. There was another staff member sitting off to the side who disappeared. Finally get checked-in to discover one of the two elevators is out of order. I was on a tight schedule and needed to change before getting to a 5pm event. Room was fine. Much of the parking lot was torn up and being repaved as well. Overall not...

"The Baymont was a small property. The room was decent. Beds are okay. Staff seemed nice during check in. There are broken tiles as you walk in, dents, knicks, and scratches on the walls. Exiting the side door there was some kind of fluid sitting in the parking lot right there. Walls seem quite thin."
