"Great property with a very convenient location."

"I am still waiting for refund from issues. There was no manager on site on Sunday July 5th and I was told I would hear from the manager 2 days ago on Monday July 6th. We paid via Expedia and the hotel will need to refund us through Expedia (and arrange with Expedia). The AC did not work - we tried re-setting it as instructed and it remained at 81-82 degrees and musty. Photos taken. Sink was clogged upon arrival and did not drain - could not properly even brush teeth. Shower gurgled...

"I've been a frequent customer and have stayed here 20+ times; however, due to recent price increase by the owner, it will be my last resort. If upgrades had been made I could understand the increase but it hasn't. This is a bare minimum motel that wants to charge hotel prices. The price does not reflect the conditions and when I told Mr.Patel it was cheaper for me to book online, the online prices suddenly increased."

"We stayed one night prior to our week on the island. Location is great for the night before crossing the bridge onto HHI. Room was comfortable and clean, check in was smooth and quick. Amenities were lacking a complimentary breakfast. If that is important to you, then look elsewhere. There is complimentary coffee, tea and hot chocolate in the lobby in the morning. Breakfast is available for a charge of 17$ adult, 10$ for a child. I opted to go down the road to McDonalds,just a short drive....
