"Check in was easy, fast. Room was clean. Beautiful. Love the fact the the toilet and bath tub are in the same room as the sink. Bed was sooooo comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. They had pancake maker, bacon, eggs, French toast sticks, cereal, yogurt, bread. Muffins, juice. All day coffee bar. What i didn't like: the microwave was on the very bottom of shelf. Really on the floor. Not sure if all rooms are the same way. And the one in my room didn't work."

"I was in town for surgery and needed to stay overnight. This place was nothing fancy, as I didn’t need a pool, spa, restaurant ect. What it was, was amazing. Absolutely, spotless, mini kitchen, all appliances (small full size refrigerator/freezer) except dishwasher. Had dish soap and towels. We bought plastic utensils and paper bowls. A/C was great, not noise, beds and pillows were great! The icing on the cake, the staff could not have been nicer. I would most definitely recommend and stay there...

"My stay was disappointing overall. The hotel had several maintenance and service issues that affected the experience. The elevator was broken, which made it inconvenient to get around the property. Inside the room, the thermostat did not work properly. When I tried to adjust the temperature from 70 to 71 degrees, either the air conditioning would turn on full blast or the heater would turn on full blast. "Door was way too heavy and extremely hard to open in both the entering and leaving directions, shower head was poor with not enough pressure, mattress was too thin and would have been better to have layers of cardboard boxes instead. Their breakfast was just a pre-packaged muffin and coffee, unlike their advertised breakfast. On the positive, the fridge and freezer were cold."

"The staff was very kind and helpful. The in-wall A/C unit in my room was leaking and had caused damage to the flooring. I reported the issue, but I could tell it had been an ongoing issue, as the flooring had previously been removed from underneath the unit and a block of wood that was under the unit for stabilization was saturated.
