"We had a terrible stay at Garden place hotel at Buffalo.Our key card stop working around 10.30 pm when we are out of the room and all our stuff inside even phones no one at the front desk to help us ,we waited till 2 am when somebody help us from the guest to activate our cards so think about it ..."
