The hotel is very well located and close to the river. Ideal for exploring Windsor. The hotel itself offers great rooms with good amenities, a very good buffet breakfast. Very nice staff

Room was simple but spacious for our family of 4. It was very far from the main hotel areas though, and lifts being out of order between buildings made it incovenient with a buggy and luggage in tow. The bar and pool areas were lovely. The a la carte restaurant was a bit limited for kids and gluten ...
