"Appreciated the location of the hotel. The room was large, beautiful and quiet. Bed was very comfortable. Concerns are the accessibility. I realize this is an old hotel and not much can be done about accessibility to the room but there are improvements within the room that would be helpful - the taps for the shower were difficult for someone with challenges with arthritis in their hands. Staff were lovely and very helpful and accommodating."

"The staff was helpful and the room was clean and comfortable."

"Lots of charm and history!! It is an old pub so be prepared to go up stairs that are a little tilted like the floors. But so quiet, I loved staying in Eton vs. Windsor. Just a short walk, really short, to Windsor over the bridge. Staff was very helpful ! Felt like i was going home every day!"

"Very clean, central and quiet. Ticked all the boxes."

"The room was clean but the place is starting to show it's age. Needs new beds and a lick of paint. Otherwise It was good."

"This is my 2nd visit to this lovely hotel, it’s nice, clean and perfect location. The staff are lovely."

"Extremely disappointing and, frankly, unacceptable. Our room clearly had not been properly prepared or set up for guests, yet we were still charged a premium rate for the stay. It had a strong smell of cigarette smoke, the carpet was heavily stained, and the en-suite was visibly dirty and had a slimy feel to it. The overall standard of cleanliness and presentation was appalling and nowhere near what we would expect, particularly at the rate we were charged. We understand that issues can...
