"Although the beds were good, staff was friendly, and place was clean this is a bare minimum standard. The hot tub wasn't heated (which was 1 of my 2 criteria for selecting a hotel), the food selection in the shop all needed microwaved but none available, and the pool area didn't have the towels stocked. The previous hotel we stayed at was a third the price and had towels, food, and 2 working hot tubs."

The people above us thought it was a good idea to let their children run up and down the room and jump on the beds for an hour at 9:30 pm. There are 4 hotels on this block and this is the only property that makes you pay to park."

"Be careful about the parking !! I had reservations for 2 nights and had to use their parking which is handled by a 3rd party. It is $18 a day plus service fee. I am having to dispute this with my card company. They charged me for 11 days !!! The hotel was no help with this. "Unfortunately, the room we got was absolutely disgusting. Mildew, musty, dank, smelled of old smoke and poor choices. AC wouldn’t stay on, had a bright strobing blue light (covered with a towel), and would have been expected at a dirt cheap motel. Just an overall negative experience."

"I showed up early and asked for an early check-in. The staff promised me a phone call as soon as available, and she absolutely called me right on the button, just as promised.
I've never used a hotel shuttle before, but on this trip I required it many times. The front line staff was always helpful (even when I was calling from the airport) and the driver's were great.

"I’m usually REALLY easy-going about cleanliness, but the bathroom was filthy. There were pee stains on the toilet seat left from the previous people, the sheets had an odor that was really pungent, and there was ,what I’m going to assume was, toothpaste on the sink handle. "Pool was slimy and disgusting. The staff was not friendly. Almost got stuck in the elevator and had to use the stairs the whole time. Tried to ask for a late check out which most hotels are accommodating for at least an hour was rudely told no at the counter and I could have 20 minutes, and they literally came and banged on the door when we were not at the front desk at that time will not stay here ever again would suggest nobody else does either.."

Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing. The property was under construction during my visit, and many of the advertised amenities were unavailable. Additionally, the room walls were extremely thin, making it easy to hear conversations from neighboring rooms. I understand renovations are sometimes necessary, but guests should be informed in advance and accommodations should be made to minimize the inconvenience."

"The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was nice. I booked a room that had a separate area for the bed, but didn't receive it. We were only staying one night, so we decided to make it work. Went to pull out the sofa bed and it was missing the mattress. Had to transfer to a different room that did have one. That sofa bed had crumbs and things under the mattress and the mattress was stained. Overall fine for the 1 night stay though."

"The coffee maker in room didn't work HOWEVER 24 coffee in lobby with all the fixings!! We had a late check in when I h g rewards , able to have a late checkout as well.
Very accommodating , very friendly , don't light a nice hotel , but in a a scaled back efficient way that made it a perfect blend of luxury and affordability in a pinch! Very easy to get to car rental places and DIA! On my list as a stay again when traveling there."
