"The staff were absolutely lovely, as was the breakfast buffet.
Unfortunately the rooms are very dated, and the Club upgrade we paid for didn't feel very luxurious with lots of stains on the furniture, tile chips in the bathroom, a leaking bath, and felt like it hadn't been updated in about 30 years :("

"Hotel was tired, dated and needed a definite facelift! Our room overlooked the back of restaurants and the wind was literally howling through our room! The shower was very lacklustre with no real power. Our room also on the slope!
On the plus side the staff were lovely, very accommodating and helpful. They were a credit to the hotel.
Would I stay here again? Sadly no."
