"The room and apartment were very clean. Amazing location. Check in and check out processes were quick and easy. We forgot toothpaste and the concierge brought us some to the room within minutes. All staff were very kind. We would book this apart/hotel again."

"C’était notre première visite à cet hôtel et on a adoré! C’est un de mes favoris à Montréal L’hôtel est très bien situé au centre-ville et on avait le métro et le REM a 5 minutes de l’hébergement. La chambre était grande, la salle de bain aussi. Tout était fonctionnel. Le déjeuner était ok mais je trouve qu’il manquait un peu de variété. Je recommande!"

"Important information: very thin walls (could hear other rooms' conversations and movement), only sheers over windows (no blackout drapes or the like), our room was hot unless we opened the windows but then very noisy from street and trains) with no ability to adjust internally - despite being 5C outside and radiators turned-off, staff only available a few hours/day and only if you went to the right door"

"This small hotel was the best place I've ever stayed. The people that work there are all fantastic - they are what hotel ads show all the time (and never deliver): smiling, happy, helpful. We were there for two nights and every staff person was great. They made restaurant recommendations, helped us with a map to the Bell Center and seemed happy to see us each time. And shout out to Theo at the bar who puts on a great show. Don't let the small setting fool you - it's a great place to get a drink....

"The staff were not very helpful at check-in, even though we had paid in advance. There seemed to be an issue with the room safe, that they were pressing us to use. Not sure why. They demanded a further $200 depeosit, even though we had fully paid and the credit card was on file. The towel were not replenished, instead we were told to go down the hall and look for some in another cupboard. Staff were very lazy. Water was only available in our room for the first day. Would never go back to this...
