I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at the Travelodge in Windsor. I booked this property based on the advertised amenities, specifically the availability of a swimming pool, which was an important factor in my decision. Upon arrival, I was extremely disappointed to find that the pool was not only non-functional, but clearly had not been operational for years, with signs of overgrowth and neglect.
Additionally, the condition of the room was unacceptable. There were strong, unpleasant odours, and several pieces of furniture were broken or in poor condition, which significantly impacted the comfort and quality of my stay.
I feel that the listing was misleading and does not accurately reflect the current state of the property. I am requesting a response. Staff just seemed to smile and nod, not addressing my concerns or complaints.
