Front desk is serviced by person also covering neighboring hotel. Requested room change and was put on different floor where room was ok."

"This hotel had the perfect location, being able to quickly get to Windsor, Loveland and Ft Collins. There is a wide variety of restaurants, night life and things to do in the immediate area. We appreciated that this hotel is pet friendly. We loved our suite! They thought of all the little details that elevated the overall experience; special lighting in the work area and side bed tables, phone charging available on both sides of bed. automated night light in restroom, high end body care etc. ...

"My only dis is we had 2 rooms. One when we walked in had an overwhelming smell of bleach."

"Friendly staff. Newer and pretty clean. Signage states linens will be cleaned every 3rd day, but if you need clean towels, more soap, they will take care of your needs. Breakfast was decent ... always sausage, potatoes, cereals, hb eggs, waffles, sweet rolls ... weekends sausage gravy and bisquits"

"This hotel was very old. While there have been some updates, the quality of workmanship was very poor for the updates. The hotel smelled of old smoke as you walked the hallways. The bed, however was comfortable and the room was clean, if not of good quality updates."
