"Wonderful hotel! Centrally located in downtown New Port Richey! Very comfortable and lots of amenities including a restaurant, bar and patio dining! Hotel is adjacent to Sims Park which is delightful! Lots of places to sit in and around the hotel including the entry courtyard with fountains!

"This stay we did not have the breakfast for the two days, we slept in. Room was clean but smelt musty. Mattress was soft. Staff was great! We stay here cause it's the closest hotel to our son's place and unfortunately he does not have room to put us up. Both stays we never went to the pool. Hotel is very conveniently located."

"The staff was very friendly. The room was a little dated, but clean and comfortable. It was right on the Gulf of America with a nice little park for kid, a walkway and Pavilion to enjoy the view. The Inn is located in a more residential neighborhood which was a plus for me. The restaurant in the Inn was obviously used by the locals, and I can understand why, the food and service was very good. We plan to visit again."
